Criciúma Athletics wins medals on day seven of the Open Games

Representing Criciúma in chess, in a competition designed by teams, the women’s team drew 2-2 with São Bento do Sol, while the boys lost 3-1 to São José. In men’s basketball, Krichoma lost to Florianopolis by a margin of 94 to 72 and today faces the team from Toberao. For the women, the victory was 59 to 55 over Blumenau. The young women are now awaiting the results of other games to confirm their qualification to the next stage.

In women’s football, the representatives of Crisioma beat Paloha 2 to 1 and today they face Chapco. While in women’s handball the victory was 26 to 12 over Florianopolis and today they return to the field to face Lucerne.

In men’s handball, Criciúma defeated Lagas 43 to 23 and next Thursday they face the team from Itajai. At the end of the seventh day of the competitions, Criciúma occupies the fourth place, having won 22 medals.
